Interested in having a "Ship's Store" for your ship? Bow Wake has set up individual stores for many of it's customers. Their shipmates can either deal with their "storekeeper" directly or through Bow Wake. When dealing through their storekeeper, everything is done "blind". That is, the shipmates place orders with their storekeepers, and the storekeepers send Bow Wake the orders to fill and ship back to them for reshipment to the shipmates. This is all done as a Website for the ship. All email and contact references are to the ship association, NOT Bow Wake. The Website is merely linked on the association's Website and the Web address is given in the newsletter, etc. There are several advantages to this "blind" method. First, the ship associations can set their own prices. Next, the associations can enjoy volume pricing. And probably most important, the ship associations can offer many more items WITHOUT having to stock them. OF COURSE, you can choose to have Bow Wake handle all transactions in the "open". That way you don't have to take orders and reship. Volume discounts are still available! It's a great way to satisfy your shipmates needs for top quality, ship named gear at fair prices. Call me!
